AssertiveTech provides website development, web application development, admin panel creation, hosting support, and related technical services. All services are delivered based on mutually agreed project requirements and scope.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

Project requirements must be clearly defined before development begins. Any additional features or modifications beyond the agreed scope may require additional charges and timeline adjustments. Reasonable revisions are provided during the development phase as discussed.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to agreed milestones. Development work typically begins after confirmation of advance payment. Final project files, deployment access, or ownership transfer will be provided after full payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final developed website or application is transferred to the client, excluding third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools used within the project. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Hosting & Deployment

If hosting or deployment services are provided, we ensure proper configuration and setup. However, long-term server uptime and performance depend on the selected hosting provider. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business loss, data loss, or service interruption caused by third-party actions, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access credentials.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payments made for completed work are non-refundable. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
